Cx complaint is unit not rolling in and out properly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the unit had a defective back wheel. Was able to correct the wheel by putting the pin back in. Unit is now working as designed. Cx did have damage on the floor infront of the left wheel which i documented in pics.

Cooktop was still broken after service call. The power settings for each unit can only be set to 2 or 6 (or boosted which was done to boil water).
