replaced lock assembly and keytested lock which works as intended

cx: the unit was leaking from the front of freezer.inspected unit confirmed cx complaintfound drain tube and drain pan frozen overheat probe was misplacvedthawed ice with steamer and relocated heat probeused cup of water to confirm unit now drainsunit now works as intendedcx PIF;

"cx complaint items freezing in rc, only freezing in middle of middle shelf, in front of air tower. inspected unit, temps are good at this time, 40 in rc while set to 2 snowflakes. unit isnt overloaded, and gaps behind shelves are clear. must be airflow issue since its only in center of middle shelf. feels like theres air escaping around air tower. ordering damper and permagum to seal housing around damper and edges of air tower. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11087463 (damper) and 1 212643 (permagum)"

"cx complaint unit making ice slowly again, it worked good for about 40days after replacing icemaker but now its slow again. inspected unit and verified complaint. container was 1/4 upon arrival. cycled icemaker and it harvested and filled correctly but the ice wasnt frozen and cx hasnt used any ice this morning yet. temps inside are good, ice cream is hard. noticed some frost on edge of ice chute. poured some water on ice door and it all leaked out. ice door isnt sealing. ordering ice door asm. also ordering diffuser that comes with thermistors and returning with preid icemaker to replace all at same time. parts in stock, scheduled return visit for 12/8; ordrng 1 W11645127 (diffuser) and 1 W11423781 (ice door asm)"

"upon arrival, neither compressor or condensor fan was running. replaced control and start device. both fan and compressor started running and stayed running good. unit started to cool. advised cx to allow 3 days for unit to get down to temp before loading unit. cx understands. unit is now working properly"
