Replaced control and water level switch as per previous diagnosis. Tewsted unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint: 2-3 cycles to dry a load. Tested and verified complaint. Air flow tested in red. Unit is heating and tumbling. I found lint trap was full of lint over 1 inch thick. CX was surprised since she only ran 1 load in unit and never checked lint trap. Unit may have been in another house before this one. I cleared lint trap and tested air flow again. Now unit passed in the green. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete

"CX complaint: stops in cycle, display goes blank. Tested and verified complaint. No error codes. Unit went through diag cycle without problem. Tested on normal and unit is overfilling for the setting it is on. Auto sense on empty basket and i stopped it after it filled over half way up basket. No problems founds with pressure switch hose. Ordering water level switch and control. Cannot reschedule due to SO part; ordrng 1 W11168256 (switch-cyc) and 1 W11607637 (control)"

cx complaint is WM not completing cycles. Inspected/tested and found unit had a defective inlet valve on cold side. Replaced valve from pre-id. Calibrated and retested and the WM is now working properly. Job is complete
