Per previous tech I was able to access and replace the control and drain pump. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint that unit is not doing anything but running pump.. i checked power to board and pump all proper power but the rrlay is s tuck on control and will need pump and acu.. call when in and approved throufh lowes and reach back to reschd.; ordrng 1 W11399437 (pump)

Cx complaint is that the Freezer door gasket is not staying in place. Upon arrival I found that the gasket was not seated. I was able to press the gasket back into place. I verifed that the gasket is now secure and is not pulling out of the trac. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning. Upon arrival I found that the thermal fuse has failed again. I inspected the ventilation and found that it has no blocks and is only about 6' long. I removed the cover and found that the TF is reading OL. I then inspected the heating element. I found that the element is warped. I am ordering the element and will use the thermal fuse and control on return if needed. I was able to set the return visit for Wednesday 6/28 AM preference.; ordrng 1 WP8544771 (Heating element)
