installed valve and ignitor. restored power and ran a bake cycle. unit reached set temp and element cycled off. it then came back on properly and maintained temp. unit is working as desgined.

"cx complaint is the unit not maintaining temp. cx said it reaches set temp then cools back down. found no saved codes. sensor reads correct temp at room temp in diagnostics. i inspected bake ignitor and found it is very corroded. started a cycle and it ignited right away. at 380 element cycled off, 2 seconds later it reignited, took several attemps. on failed attemps there was a small blue flame. i called techline to document. they said unit isnt getting good gas flow. advised replacing valve and ignitor. cx paid in full for repiar. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 1 WP9760229 (elctr-kit) and 1 WP9763716 (valve-gas)"

Cx complaint that the unit's gasket is seperating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I replaced the RC gasket and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

installed both ordered parts. restored power. no saved IM error codes. IM completed harvest cycle and filled properly. unit is working as designed.

Cx canceled the appt at the door. I did not diagnose the unit.
