"Per the previouse tech, I was able to access and replace the water inlet valve. I tehn recalibrated the unit and ran a manuel test 3 for the hot & cold side of the valve and a auto test. I found the unit to be opperating as designed. Unit test good."

The tech was prompt, professional and courteous. Our induction stove top was throwing an error code …..which was a clear indication that the circuit board went up - we were informed that the part was discontinued but the tech found a comparable board but the cost was $700. if we were interested in having it repaired and there was only a year warranty with the part. He had offered very helpful information which helped us make our choice to replace the entire stove. I wish that the customer service could have had a way to save not only the tech from coming out but us from the service charge when there was a clear problem. All in all we were extremely satisfied with the service we received.
