Cx complaint the fan runs and interior light stays on while the door is closed. Was unable to enter service due to unit running and display reading door open. Accessed the interlock switches and found the upper and lower switches had no continuity. Contacted Safety to report and they won't be covering repair due to age of unit. Gave cx quote for full repair and he'll be purchasing new unit.

carrived to install poarts foudn the unit to have completely lost cooling. i found no frost pattern and fans to run and condsenor is free of lint and also cond fan runs.. will need a 3 count ss repair for loat of cooling. temps were 75degrees both section ran test 4 and compressor comes on and fans switchs compartments SS REPAIR nneded. call when aporoved with the cps contract call to reschd.; ordrng 1 SSTECH (SS TECH) and 1 3COUNT (3 COUNT) and 1 W11492867 (EVAP) and 1 W10779331 (comnpressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (drier)

"CX complaint unit doesn't cool properly in FC. Inspected and no frost on evap cover and temp around 15 degrees. Ran test 3 and found the evpa fan isn't running. Also found the icemaker in RC not producing ice. Ran test 56 amnd found error code E5 timed out. Ran test 36 and the fan wouldn't run at full speed. Gave cx quote for repair to submit to extended warranty. Once approved, part will be ordered and office will reschedule return; ordrng 1 W10846539 (ice box fan) and 1 W11249952 (evap motor) and 1 W11577195 (icemaker)"

"Cx complaint unit doesn't heat. Ran normal cycle and found no heat coming out. Removed back panel and found the TCO didn't have continuity. Replaced TCO using pre-id parts, ran cycle and unit now heats. Unit checks good"

"Replaced thermistor and harness, evap developed frost pattern with fan running, unit is cooling. The doors seal when pushed closed. Gaskets seal all the way around. Unit checks good"
