cx complaint ui not working and frost build up in freezer . checked unit and found ui properly working as should . freezer temp cant go over 6 . also found air gap in freezer gasket . while replacing with pre id gasket found new gasket tearing not allowing proper seal to unit . tryed to steam old gasket out and clean it up but still has air gap . new gasket letting in to much warm air . sending back and ordering new gasket also found both fridge gaskets deformed not allowing doors to seal properly; ordrng 2 W10163898 (gasket fridge)s and 1 w11378944 (gasket)

came out to resolve the issue. disassembled the unit as needed. repalced all p

"cx complaint the unit is not working everytime and the issue is intermitten. tested the unit and during test cycle the unit popped an errro code f3e1. that stands for failed pressure circuit. replaced the switch and tested the unit again. this time the unit completed the cycle with no issues. this indicates that the pressure switch had failed. this explains how it would intermittenly work just fine and other times not at all. also tested motor, inlet vavles, drain pump, etc. all working as desgined. unit is good to go."

cx complaint the unit is not turning on. checked the unit and found a loose wire conection at the drain pump. reseated the connector and tested operation. unit is running as designed. no other issues occured.

cx complaint w leaking from inside on the machine checked unit and found inlet valve not properly seated allowing water to drip outside of tub once enough weights in tub to cause splash over the tub ring . reseated and tested also found house hook up leaking advised cx to contact a plumber for repair . tested units running as designed .
