"cxc says the unit is not locking the lid. found the stick is not aligning witht he lock. replaced the strike with vs and retested. the unit is now working good. the unit is now good; ordrng 1 W11457841 (strike(js vs)), used 1 W11457841 (STRIKE(js vs)) from stock"

neither of the parts were the bottom trim pieces. looked at the parts more and found service pointer for the part also; ordrng 1 W11369882 (trim) and 1 W11570323 (trim)

"cx complaints large flames leaving soot on pots, oven not heating and buzzing noise, confirmed flame issue, appears unit not full converted to LP , found noise from valve /regulator when gas comes thru, found not enough gas getting to bake and broil, ordering valve, regulator, lp kit and gas pressure tester, must check pressure from house on return, check bake/broil convrsion,; ordrng 1 gaspressuretester (gas pressure tester) and 1 W11502161 (LP conversion kit) and 1 W11239228 (valve-gas) and 1 W11193822 (regulator)"

came out to replace door gasket and freezer door gasket in box. right part nember and stickers on box. shorter gasket as well as no flaps. showed cx gasket as well as informd we will need to reorder part. rescheduled for 12/15 per cx request.; ordrng 1 W10917313 (FF Door Gasket Re Order)

"cx complaint not heating, found f4e4, f4e3, f2e1, f6e3, originally had 106/108/240 at terminal, rest breaker and adjusted cord, found proper, 122/122 243 at terminal and no voltage drop when running, found open heater, all fuses and tstats tested ok, heater was preid but still at parts warehouse, collected $354.86 cx paid in full.................. im adding control just in case cx aware may be needed and cost (329+tax); ordrng 1 W11158453 (cntrl-elec)"
