Cx complaint front left burner not working. Was able to access unit and verify complaint. Found internal failure of infinite switch. Replaced with pre-id and tested unit now operates as designed no further work needed

Cx complaint warm air in rc and frost in fc. Was able to access unit and verify complaint. Found that the bottom right of the rc section liner where it meets the cabinet is seperating allowing warm air into unit which is then meeting the cold air at the air return and freezing the ducts and causing frost in the fc. Contacted techline, unit is unrepairable and cx will need to reach out to customer service for next steps no further work needed

Cx complaint stand pipe backing up. Cx will need a plumber no further work needed

"Cx complaint unit wont run then shut off and light not working. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found motor would run then shut off. Replaced with pre-id motor and blower wheel from van stock. Ran unit and same issue. Checked voltage and found L1 is getting 248VAC and L2 is getting 16VAC. Found the socket shorted causing the bulb to fracture not allowing it to be replaced. Ordering bulb and socket to complete repair. Cx will need an electrician and once they provide receipt office will need to set return; ordrng 1 WP697772 (blower wheel (JL VS)) and 1 WP22002263 (bulb) and 1 W11222979 (socket), used 1 WP697772 (blower wheel (JL VS)) from stock"

Was able to access unit and replace sump assembly. Ran test unit now operates as designed no further work needed
