Customer complaint during convection bake fan makes a grounding noise after previous text visit. He had found the fan blade to be bent arrived today and disassembled unit replaced fan blade with new preheated oven to 350° and never heard the noise unit is now working as intended job complete

"arrived to unit no longer cooling at all both section room temp. noticed the gasket for enclosure not ordered. unit needs the evap assem i have one in my van so replaced the evap assem evap cover then uv drier vacumed system down and its only going to 28inich vac then will drop. i found new evap is leaking. replaced the evap again used ordered part this time and vacumed system down and is holding 30 inch vac when 3way valve is in home postion. i then filled to 5.5. oz and started cooling. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S) and 1 w11457263 (evap assem SD V/S), used 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S), and 1 w11457263 (evap assem SD V/S) from stock"

installed all ordered parts and restored power. temp prob reads 64 degrees in diagnostics at room temp. started a broil cycle. element came on and stayed on. ran the convection bake and the noise started as soon as the fan came on. i found some of the fan blades were bent. once straight unit was much quieter but still makes a little noise. ordering fan blade. schedule when part is availbel.; ordrng 1 W11548753 (fan blade)

"Customer complaint convection fan after repair still rattles as well as broil element cut off after being on for 30 seconds. Arrive today and verified complaint turn bake convect on to preheat at about 150�. The fan started rattling. Ordering new convection motor with family and cover Possible that fan blade has slight bow which has caused previously to rattle as well. Tested broil came on, but then cut out after a few seconds did not hear a relay click on or off when it stopped heating. Ordering control and temp sensor for return visit as well. "Customer complaint unit had vibration noise after previous visit. I had found the cabinet was tweaked, causing a humming vibration. Every time the unit was used arrived today and removed unit from cabinet. Replaced parts and reinstalled tested unit unit is now working and sounding as it should job complete."
