Arrived with service key and tested error code D26 not in manual and D9 called TechLine who guided me through clearing these codes D26 was a stuck key and D9 Loss Of Power for 90 Secs reset codes and tested unit for proper use unit now functions Normally. Commercial side of TechLine states they don't have SR numbers Jordan was who I spoke with.

verified cx complaint of condensation buildup in fresh food section. found condensation on top side of liner due to air penetration coming from upper left side of door gasket. gasket was not sealing to cabinet on a 8 inch section. leveled unit. heated gasket and reshaped. door gasket is now sealing to cabinet. unit is working as designed.
