"CX complai t is that the unti still gives the F8E1 error code. I found that the unit has a stored F8E1 error code. I ran several test cycle and found that the nunit would complete test with out issues. I start a quick wash and found that the unit coded out with the F8E1 after a few min. I called WP Tech Line and discussed my finding s . I was able to run several test with TL and it was suggested to reorder the pressure switch (W11316246) and the pressure hose (W11456953). Once the parts are avalible, please have someone form teh office call to set a return date; ordrng 1 W11316246 (switch-wl) and 1 W11456953 (pressure hose)"

"Per the previouse tech ,I was able to access and replace the hot side vale. I was able to open the valve manauley and ran a test 12 auto test. Unit is opperating as designed."

cx complaint after running a clean cycle and only using 2Tbsp of detergent it still doesnt complete cycle and shows LF. inspected unit and found a load inside with ui showing LF. I entered into diag and found f8e1. cleared code and ran a quick wash and called TL. TL said replace the hot valve. I also replaced the pressure switch. scheduled cx for 10/3/23; ordrng 1 W11316255 (hot valve)

"cx complaint unit keeps not completing cycle and gives a LF. inspected unit and found unit at the time was in a cycle and was showing the LF. i canceled cycle and entered diag and found f8e1, f0e2, f9e1. i ran test 12 and found unit did finish with out issue. i ran each valve manully and found they were good. I removed hoses from unit and found good incoming water pressure. i then ran a quick wash found suds when unit was in a rinse cycle. called TL, TL recommended running a clean cycle with affresh and only running 2 table spoons of detergent. unit checks good."

"Cx complaint unit no longer cools. When arrived the compressor and fan weren't running. Ran test 3 and 4 and nothing came on. Only the lights inside were on. On test 4 the compressor would make clicking noise but wouldn't turn over to run. Ordering parts, once approved contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11087200 (inverter) and 1 W11087200 (power board) and 1 WPW10675033 (control)"
