"Cx complaint is unit still frosting in the fc. inspected and verified complaint. found heavy frosting again. cx stated the door was tough to close. this was due to ice build up. re sealed gasket last visit but some spots still let in warm air. started by removing all ice. cleared ice from evap fan and drawers. checked rail slides and they weren't closing snup. reset the button at the end of the bracket and tested with the door off and the rail pulled snug and smoothly. put everything back together and tested with door on and also had cx test to feel the difference. unit door is now snug and shuts on its own properly. no issue with the gasket, nice tight seal all the way around. unit is working as designed. job complete"

CX stated unit stopping mid cycle tested inspected but cant verify cx complaint unit had F9E1 error code again spoke with Andrew from WPL tech line and he stated to have CX run unit again and when it happens to see if there is any water or suds in unit if not to order a motor so i cleared the code looked over harness just to verify no broken wires or anything else. if CX calls back i already gave qoute for sump assembly. Job is complete.
