"CX complaint: no cool in RC. Tested and verified complaint. Evap frosted, has been activating defrost but not completing. . Evap thermistor tested at 9.5kolms at 36 degrees. Heater plug wire not staying secure. Replaced evap jheater with wire harness. Tested unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete"

"CX complaint, not spinning clothes out. Tested and verified complaint. A stuck button error code. Encoder test, all buttons passed. In diagnostic cycle, water valves did not open. In normal cycle they worked properly. Tried diagnostic again and valves are working now. Ordering control and inlet valve. Rescheduled repair visit for 6/16/22 PM.CX leaves for work at 6:30pm; ordrng 1 W10812421 (control) and 1 W11220230 (inlet valve)"
