cx complained unit stopped heating. confirmed cx complaint after putting glass of water in microwave for 30 seconds. checked unit for error codes. got error code f4e2 magnetron temp sensor failure. checked connections to make sure there werent any loose wires. ohmed out connector p 21 got 9.7k ohms. should be reading at 10k ohms. unit will need control and temp sensor.; ordrng 1 W11233913 (sensor) and 1 W11325603 (control)

Customer complaint unit is displaying F3E0 error. Tested unit and the display is showing F3E0. I pulled unit out and tested the sensor and is reading 1080 ohms. Tested sensor at the board and is reading the same. Unit has bad board. Ordering board. Call customer whne part is available.; ordrng 1 W11620570 (control)

cx complaint oven is not reaching tems said broil element comes on. inspected unit then checked bake element to find it bubbling and broken. unit has a bad element. gave cx quote and he agreed. replaced part then tested bake to 350 and reached temps. collected payment unit is good to go

The service technician was polite but was so confident he could fix the washer he was not interested in listening to our concerns. I told him he was the fourth technician to attempt to fix our two month old washer and that maybe it need to be replaced.

A tech was sent to my residents (2816 settlers view drive, Odenton) for the 4th time on 7/14 to fix my 3 month old whirlpool washer and it still does not work. Every time a techs attempt to fix it the problem get worse. Before this last attempt to fix we could still wash but now it won't do a complete cycle. Please call me asap to resolve this issue.
