"CX complant. Dishwasher dosent work. Prior diagnosis found unit needs sump assembly and water valve. Installed both parts and tested unit . Found water supply line from house as a water check valve and was installed backwards notallowing water to get to dishwasher , After test wash the units plumbing uder the sink strted leaking water and flooding kitchen, Advised CX call plumber back since this is a new build . Unit is working as designed , Advised CX to not use until plumbing is corrected. RB"

CX complaint FRIDGE icemaker stops working then starts working again a few random days later. Ice / water dripping from FC evap. Replaced evap cover. Unusual frost pattern looks like air gap.Replaced drain ptrap & icemaker. Made sure drain is clear. No error codes. Cycled icmeaker harvest & fill. Set temps to recommended > JJ; ordrng 1 W11533213 (control kit)

Cx complaint unit is not filling. Inspected unit foud F7E5 shifter fault. Unit is not balanced at all. Leveled unit. Ran through diag cycle no issues. Calibrated unit. Cx just needed to be instructed how unit works. Unit is working as designed.
