"cx complained unit wasnt dispensing frabric softner. confirmed cx complaint after inspecting unit. ran quick wash on unit, fabric softner was still in the dispenser. all other detergent washed out. unit will need new dispenser drawer along with divider, hose. clamps.; ordrng 1 W11524105 (dispenser drawer) and 1 W11318757 (cover) and 1 W11316375 (cover) and 1 W11316603 (divider) and 1 W11316257 (hose) and 2 W11316599 (hose)s and 2 WP596669 (clamps)s"

"Replace suspension, test it unit with and without clothes in It unit Spun with no problem without any abnormal noises"

when i arrived unit was unplugged and pulled out about 8-10 inches. i finished pulling unit out from the counter and replaced the tub and hinges. restored power and water and ran a service cycle. unit completed the cycle with no leaks or issues. i reinstalled unit and ran another service cycle to be safe. unit is working as designed.

"cx complaint is the unit going off balance, making banging noise. when i arrived i found the basket sitting off center. its leaning forward and left. pushed basket down and front left suspension feels soft. basket moves forward when i let it go. no saved codes. ran service cycle. unit completed it with no other issues. raised front feet so unit is now level, it was only out slightly. ordering suspension kit. schedule when part is avialble.; ordrng 1 W11217817 (suspension)"

Customer complaint of a leaking dishwasher arrive today to repair with tub that was shipped to customer pulled tub out of box with customer and found heavy scrapes on top of unit and dents on the top and on the bottom re-ordering tub and having it shipped to the warehouse for MR to inspect before sending it out with technician.
