I was able to access and replace the control . I then plugged the unit in a tested with a wet paper towel. I found the unit tobe opperating with out issues. Unit test good.

cx complaint unit is displaying f8e5. inspected unit and found f8e5 on screen as soon as unit is plugged in. I found temp senser was in range. unit needs control to correct issue. scheduled cx for 11/7/23; ordrng 1 W11552018 (MW control)

cx complaint unit is getting hotter then set temp. I found thermostat was faulty. i was able to replace it and found unit now checks good.

"CX complaint unit leaks. Inspected and found after cycle completes, water leaks from the vent on the front of door panel when opened at 90 degree angle. When door is closed some water runs out from vent and onto console. Contacted TL and they suggested when cycle completes, opened the door to where the steam comes out and evaporates. No parts needed at this time. Unit runs as designed"

CX complaint was that the unit was not making ice in the RC icemaker also the unit was making a intermitant huming sound. I found that the Evap fan motor was twitching making the sound and not supplying the RC and R Icemaker with the propper air flow. I defrosted the evap and repalced the evap fan motor. UNit test good.
