"cx complaint when in a rinse cycle unit fills but the water level doesnt go up. inspected unit and entered daig and found 0 saved error codes. ran auto test and found unit finshed with no issues. i found cx is using quick wash for normal size loads, cx has agitate on super light, and fabric softner off. advised cx to run a normal cycle and turn agitate up to normal and turn fabric softner on. unit checks good."

cx complaint unit is leaking on left side on floor. cx stated puddle is seen on left side of unit. I removed rear cover and found no evidence of water stains in and around valves. i jumped FC IM and found unit harvested and filled. I then looked for leaks and found nothing. i am replacing both duel valve and inlet valve as a cautionary action. scheduled cx for 12/8/23; ordrng 1 WPW10279866 (duel valve) and 1 WPW10238100 (inlet valve)

I was able to access and replace diffuser / damper motor. Ifound that the new diffuser opened and closed with out issues. Unit test good.

"CX complaint is that items on the top shelf and the and the 2 under have frozen items. I found that the CX is over loading RC and blocking / changing air flow causing frozen items. I also found that when the damper/diffuser is opening and closing it is making a grinding sound . I am ordeirng 1 damper/diffuser (W11236851). Once the contract is approved, please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11236851 (diffuser)"

cx complaint that unit is not locking and when arrived i found the strike was not engaging the latch and was able to replace the strike and tested the lock and now checks good. unit is functional.
