"CX complaint is that the unit is not filling and displaying a LF error code. I was able to enter diag and fou d a stored F8E1. I cleared the code and ran a auto test. I found both valve to just hum . the hot side opened but is grinding . I also found that CX has lost several componentsto the dispenser housing. Due to the cost of individualcomponent cost, CX would like to replace the dispenser housing. I quoted CX for the cost of repair. I collected $139.00 for service charges. CX is calling WP to discuss other opptions. CX will call office if repair is wanted."

"CX complaint was that the unit would tumble , but not heat. I was able to access the rear and found that the Thermal cut off fuse had no continuity. I was able to replace the TCO and then plugged unit back in and tested. I found the unit to be heating as designed. Unit test good.; used 1 W10900067 (TCO VS) from stock"

"CX complai t was that the unit was leaking gas at the center burner. When I arrived to the home I found that the gas to the unit was not turned off. I was able to step onto the pourch and started and calibrated a combustable gas meter. After the meter was calibrated , I reentered the home and slowly walked to the cooktop . I was able to run the gas meter over the burners with the caps off and the valve with the knobs off. I also was able to run the meter in the cab under the unit talong the units gas regulatger and the gas line and home connection. I again fou d no evidance of a gas leak. CX informed me that tey had the local gas company to the home to inspect , but had no reciept or refferance info. I called WP Safety Team and explained my finds . uUnit is opperating as designed,;"

I was able to access and replace both teh control and the console. I then started a bake cycle in both teh upper and lower oven and I found no heating. I was able to messure voltage betewwn K10 and k3 and found 50 V's AC. I tested votage at J8 connetion and found the propper 120 V's . I was able to inspect the juntion box and fou nd that the L2 and L1 connection are metled. I advisedd CX that she will need to contact a licensed electrican. to address the juntion box concerns. I turned the breaker off and advised CX to not power the breaker on untill inspected by a licnesed electrican. I found that the unit no longer has the F6E4 error codes and unit is allowing all selections to be made. I collected $140.00 for labor charges via check.

cx complaint IM has never worked. Inspected unit and found IM was installed wrong and an extra male connector was keeping wires from fully connecting. removed connecter and found 123.5vac. tested IM and found it works as design.
