"cx complaint is the unit not washing or spinning correctly, making a grinding noise. checked for codes and found F7E5, F2E1. cleared codes and ran service cycle. during spin ony the washplate turned. i inspected under unit. found slider is jammed and worn. also found oil leaking from gearcase. showed cx gearcase is starting to leak. replaced slide with preIDed part and tested again. unit is now spinning properly. cx paid in full for repair. said he would not spend the money for the gearcase.; ordrng 1 WTW8040DW4 (slider VS SB)"

"cx complaint is the oven not heating properly. cx said it says it beeps that its at set temp when her thermometer shows that its not. after running for a while oven temp dropped form 350 to 100. cx had pictures of thermometer readings. i found no saved codes. temp prob shows 75 at room temp which is a couple degrees warmer than the room. ran a bake cycle at 350. average temp was 340. the more times the element cycled on/off the longer it took to ignite each time. ordering control, reg, ignitor and temp prob. schedule when all parts are available.; ordrng 1 W10861656 (regulator) and 1 WPW10324262 (igntr-oven) and 1 W11564648 (control board) and 1 W10833885 (sensor)"

"inspected unit found microwave door not closing all the way on rihgt side inside light staying on. when opene and closing the door the long slider on right side feels like its binding. pulled unit out and took apart and found sliding arm bad. grabbed part from v/s ad now lock into place but other arm is upside down so fixed that put unit back together and tested door closes great and unit starts first try never gave me that message to open close the door. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 WPW10128850 (sliding arm SD V/S), used 1 WPW10128850 (sliding arm SD V/S) from stock"

"Customer complaint unit has now not been working since last technicians visit arrived today and found door to not even be touching cabinet on the right side. Disassemble unit and inspected hinges found right side hinge should not fully be seated where it needed to be and also door was separating from inner door, causing the outer door to have a huge gap.fixed and reassembled all parts powered on unit to test and now every time the door is closed it is not responding to the door being closed even with pressing the buttons physically.
