Cx complained the unit froze things in the unit. Installed new controls and set unit to factory settings. Job complete

CX complaint FRIDGE RC items are still freezing after last parts were installed. Found unit set for 2 FC 38RC. Temporarily set RC to 40 to prevent freezing. Replaced RC right seal > JJ; ordrng 1 WPW10317076 (Control board) and 1 W11524656 (Control ACU)

Installed harness with thermistor. Went to install right RC gasket but new gasket is longer than original. Reordering gasket.; ordrng 1 W10830162 (gasket (reorder))

"Cx complained of some items freezing. Inspected the unit and found there is a tear in the gasket. In step 121, the damper opens and closes but some times are freezing. Unit needs new gasket and sensor; ordrng 1 WPW10224292 (harness) and 1 W10830162 (gasket)"

Cx complained the unit was spraying water. Installed new filter head and tested and it now operates as designed. Job complete
