"cx complained unit was leaking, confirmed cx complaint. replaced heating element, tested unit no longer leaking. cx also stated dishes werent coming out clean, checked for error codes got f7e2. wash motor failure. unit will need sump with motor; ordrng 1 W11416362 (pump and motor)"

Customer complaint was the unit was making a rumbling sound and had a small burning smell confirmed. The issue replaced all parts that was ordered. Test it unit for about 15 minutes. I didn't smell any burning smell and I heard no add no moved noises unit is operating as it should.

"Customer complaint of a rumbling noise when dryer is running arrive today and started disassembling unit and found that blower wheel was completely packed of lint, which had caused the rumble noise the whole time cleaned all out of unit reinstalled all parts and tested unit is now very quiet no parts were needed for this job Im not 100% sure why I ordered all these parts but none of them were needed. Unit is now working as designed job complete."

Customer complaint of a drying burning smell around today and inspected unit and could not verify complaint disassembled whole unit and inspected for any thermal damage or anything that would cause the smell and could not find anything. While inspecting I did find certain parts need to be replaced due to where overtimeordering all parts return visit. Attempted to call Whirlpool safety and they were currently in training so I could not let them know what was going on but unit is safe to use will return once parts arrive.; ordrng 1 341241 (Dryer belt) and 1 279441 (Dryer drum bearing) and 1 W10612022 (Dryer drum seal) and 1 349241T (Roller kit) and 1 WP691366 (Idler)
