"cx complaint unit didnt cool at all. inspected unit and found unit was unplugged for a week. I found once plugged in and entered diag unit did begin to build a frost pattern. I removed back cover and found a pool of water in drip pan. I tested thermistor when unit was starting to cool and found 10.5kohms. id like to order control and return with thermistor, allowing unit to cool while we wait for the parts. once we come back we can fully diag unit. once part is in please reach out to cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11648650 (control)"

i was able to access unit and replace the element and sump as per previous tech. I found unit now checks good. I also advised cx to run a clean cycle.

cx complaint that unit is not cleaning the dishes as efficently as should be cx did show me dishes that were ran through that had a flim and or smearing on the glasses. ran diag mode and found F-E- no codes stored unit ran good water psi incoming and found the element to not be heaying which is not heatying water and leaving flim and stains on dishes ordering element and the sump on for repair/; ordrng 1 W10703867 (element)

"cx complaint unit is making noise. inspected unit and found new idler failed, also found new belt failed due to idler. I was able to replace both with van stock. i found unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 WP8547168 (belt (FG VS)) and 1 8547174V (idler (FG VS)), used 1 WP8547168 (belt), and 1 8547174V (idler) from stock"

cx complaint uni sometimes doesnt finish cycle and all leds just blink. inspected unit and entered diag and found f7e1. cleared codes and ran auto test and found unit did finished with out issue but unit still displayed f7e1 after test. I replaced actuator and retested. I found unit now checks good.
