CX complaint about unit opening door when on a cycle inspected & found that unit was launching top rack fwd due to be unlevel leveled unit front to back & side to side if this doesnt resolve issue will need hinges CX will try

CX complaint about unit leaking from icemaker area & down to door inspected & found that ice tray had a hole in it also found water forming under deli drawers cause by a clogged drain tube went to the back remove clog as well remove door & deli asm to clear all water draining properly found a ripped gasket CX PIF THRU APP; ordrng 1 W10908391 (icemaker) and 1 W10917313 (gasket-dor rh)

cx says the left rear buner is not igniting. found the burner is releasing gas but does not spark brightly. the electrode moves a lot when the head is removed. the unit needs parts; ordrng 1 W11507532 (electrode) and 1 W10597166 (holder)

cx says the unit is making a knocking noise and let me listen to a recording. the unit is level and on a the 1st floor with a basement under. found the unit has no error codes in memory. ran the diagnostic cycle and the unit is filling draining spinning and agitating good without any odd noises. ran the calibration. ran the component activation and the unit is spinning and agitating good without any noises. suspension bounces back good. no oil under the unit the washplate is tight. let the unit run in cycle for 25 minutes and the unit didnt make the noise. called tech support and spoke with a chris.

Customer complaint unit is not turning on. I tested power and the oulet is not gettign 120. Went to check on the breaker and the breaker was popped. Reset breaker. The breker popped off again. I then replaced the power suplply and control. Now the unit is turning on and staying on. Unit is back to normal operations.
