Cx complaint rc no cool but freezer worked. Was able to access unit and found defrost failure. Checked 4.98K Ohms at RC thermistor and FC thermistor showed 12k covered in ice. Quoted cx for repair and collected full amount. Cleared ice and replaced thermistor unit now checks good no further work needed

Cx states unit stopped dispensing ice. Was able to access unit and verify complaint. Removed auger motor and found connection not tight due to excessive styrofoam. Cleared and secured. Tested good no further work needed

Cx complaint of vibrating noise. Was able to access unit and tested with a glass of water. Found buzzing/vibrating noise from transformer and magnatron. Ordering the parts needed for repair along with 2nd tech to help remove unit. Once in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W11652048 (magnatron) and 1 W11628655 (transformer)

Ordering element and second tech due to size and age to safely remove once approved and in office will need to set return; rqstng P&A on 1 WPY04100020 (bake element upper)

Cx complaint unit not starting cycle. Was able to access unit and foun F8E1 long fill. Found cold side off. Turned on and water started spraying from hose. Was able to tighten for testing but hoses need replaced. Cx stated she paid for new hoses when she got the washer but old hoses were on. Ran unit through auto test and started quick wash no issue. Cx will need to address hose issue with other company no further work needed

Justine returned for a follow up visit on my new dishwasher because while all the dishes cleaned beautifully we were still having issues with my glassware. Re reviewed and cleaned all parts that could be safely removed and reviewed with me the best way to check and clean the dishwasher. I also changed my detergent Everything is performing perfectly now. Thank you Justin and VIA services for all your caring expertise and concern
