"cx complaint of loud vibrational noises from unit. Checked unit and found front left bolt to compressor loose, heat loop through drip pan vibrating. Secured front left compressor bolt and used grommets to elimintae vibrations on heat loop. Also installed permagum under drip pan as it was vibrating against bottom of cabinet. Tested unit and pushed on lines and no more vibration noise comming from unit, working as designed. Unit is garage and advised cx of ambient temp rating for unit."

"came out to replace parts on unit , disassembled and replaced tub and all parts needed , reassembled and tested unit is running as designed ."

"cx complaint of unit not making ice and is leaking onto the floor. checked unit and no water in ice maker mold. ran harvest and completed harvest but no water came out into ice maker, but water is on floor. pulled unit and checked valve and found water line not seated correctly causing water to spray out of connection instead of into ice maker. Properly seated water line into water valve, ran harvest and fill again, completed harvest and filled, unit is working as designed."
