Customer complaint unit is not locking the door and it just keeps clicking. I tested the unit and the unit did not lock just started latching un latching. The unit is going to need a new latch CAlled office and office is ordering the part W11670519 Latch. Schedule with the office. 12/5/23.; saved tckt

"cx complaint water doesnt dispense properly when filter is in, trickles out. cx has to push on filter door to get full stream to come out. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx already tried putting in another filter but same issue. replaced filter housing. tested unit. unit is now working properly. quoted 386.14, paid in full with c/c."
