Found unit vent gasket had failed and allowed moisture to corrode control as well as short console. Unit will need control, console, vent, and vent gasket replaced for repair. "CX complains unit is not filling with enough water. CX is within manufacture warranty. Unit shows no errors nd unit fill valves are filling perfectly. Unit went through diag test with no issues. Instructed cx on how to adjust water levels on certain settings as well as explained the 'extra power' feature. If cx is still unsatisfied with performance refered cx to CX service. Unit is working as designed, no further work needed."

"CX complains unit is not producing ice since last visit. Found unit had frosted up at icemaker causing icemaker to not be able to rotate. Found FC gasket to not be sealing even after slider repair. unit will need FC door replaced as well as icemaker replaced with door to correct issues. Cannot replace icemaker currently due to frost buildup will cause new icemaker to fail unit FC door is replaced. called techline due to repeated issues and spoke to Robert, who agreed unit will need rt RC door and FC door replaced for repair. quoted cx for repair, cx does not want to go forward with the repair at this time. No further work needed unless cx agrees to repair."
