"Customer complaint unit is not heating while driving after previous tech visit he had found this unit needed a new heating element arrive today. Verified complaint, disconnected power and remove front panel removed old heating element and replace with new reassembled unit and tested unit is now heating correctly unit is now working as designed job complete"

rpelaced tracks tested and rack works good. unit is good to go

cx compaint didnt heater confirmed issue seen that element was reading OL orderring new element checked tco everything was reading good; ordrng 1 WP3387747 (element)

cx complaint unit making noise. confirmed issue found worn rollers and idler pulley. replaced preID rollers and pulley and noise disappeared. tested unit it is now good to go.
