Installed new freezer door. Tested unit is back to normal operations.

No signs of anything making a noise, customer will run the unit and see if it makes the noise again, if she calls abck preid -blower wheel WP694089, Rollers 349241T, Idler WP691366. Unit is working as designed as this time."

"Upon arrival I noticed the yellow tape and seal to the box are both broken like someone either opened the box, I installed the control in anyways but this control only wants to run the drain pump 24/7. Control board must be used. Reordering control.; ordrng 1 w11419051 (control reordered.)"

"cx complaint unit keeps overfrosting. inspected unit and verified complaint. found brown wire to heater backing out of connector. also found defrost thermistor only reading 10k ohms, seems low. replaced heater and defrost thermistor. cleared frost with steamer. tested unit. unit is now working properly"

"cx complaint downdraft is too strong, pulls on flames and affects cooking performance. inspected unit and verified complaint. found flames getting pulled with the burners turned all the way up and downdraft on lowest setting. found vent appears to be very short. advised cx that we can try installing a restrictor plate to see if that helps but she may need to rework the vent to add more restriction to the airflow. showed cx how service pointer says issue could be caused by short vent or no endcap on vent. ordering restrictor plate. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on part; ordrng 1 W11106057 (restrictor plate)"
