"Customer complaint is that the fresh food evaporator is freezing over. Ran the thermistor test and the control does see the evaporator thermistor. Ran test 4 and the 3 way valve is working properly. Thermistor is out of range, causing the evaporator to freeze over. Thermistor replaced and drain cleared. Power restored and confirmed the control does see the new thermistor. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer."

"Customer complaint is that the ice maker has stopped making ice. Ice maker tested good. Found that the evaporator fan is not turning properly, knocking as it turns, evaporator is not frosted over. Ordering evaporator fan motor and blade.; ordrng 1 W11559968 (fan motor) and 1 WP2169142 (evaporator fan blade)"

"Customer complaint is that the frame is pinched together, preventing the top panel from raising and lowering properly for cleaning. Inspection of the unit found that the entire back of the console and cooktop are shifted to the left, preventing the cooktop from raising and lowering properly. Further inspection found that the internal frame is damaged, unable to repair it. Contacted Whirlpool tech support with findings. Unit deemed not field repairable."

"UI, control, and evaporator fan assembly replaced and power restored. Unit is working properly. Old fan assembly left with customer."

"Customer complaint is that the ice maker stopped making ice. Ran test 56 and got E0. Ran test 57 and the ice maker cycled properly. Ran test 45 and the ice maker filled. Ice box fan is working properly as well as the bin sensor. Found the freezer compartment is in the 20's. Inspection of the evaporator found heavier than normal frost build up. Freezer evaporator fan is not working. Ordering evaporator fan assembly. Control only sending about 50V to the fan motor, ordering control. Also ordering UI, parts of the display are dim and hard to read.; ordrng 1 W11387386 (UI) and 1 W10843055 (control) and 1 W11452196 (evap fan assy - fc)"
