cx complaint unit off balence found bad suspension rods on unit replaced and tested unit is now runnign as designed .

cx complaint door not opening properly . tested and found door opening and causing rubbing on gasket . steamed out gasket and tested door now properly opening and closing as designed .

"cx complaint unit making noise , checked unit and found small flat spot on idler pully . also while testing found blower motor and wheel thumping on side of housing to the blower . tryed to unseat unable too ordering motor and blower wheel . along with repair kit for idler pully repair . belt will need to be replaced also .; ordrng 1 4392067 (repair kit) and 1 W10837240 (idler pully) and 1 W11364931 (motor)"

came out and replace all parts on unit . tested unit and everything checks good unit is now running and no longer leaking .

came out to replace parts on unit . disassembled and replaced all parts needed for repair . tested and unit is now running as designed ice door checks good advised cx to allow 24 hours to start dropping ice . and 72 for full bin.
