"Cx complaint unit won't lock to start cycle. Entered diag and found error code F5E3 lid latch fault. Ran test and after draining the latch would click and not advance. Replaced latch using pre-id parts, ran test and unit completed test without further issues."

"Cx complaint unit makes grnding noise towards end of cycle. Entered diag and found no error codes. Ran test and when unit is at end of cycle, the unit slows down and the grinding noise occurs. Inspected underneath and found the bolt to splutch loose causing the teeth on splutch to grind together. Replaced splutch using pre-id parts, ran test and unit no longer makes noise and completes cycle. Unit checks good"

"CX complaint is that the unti is not cooling. I found that the defrost heater harness is severed / fragmented not allowing the unit to go into a defrost. I am orderign 1 defrost heater with evap harness (W11650660). Once the part is avalible, pleasehave someone form teh office call to set a return date,; ordrng 1 W11650660 (defrost heater with evap harness)"

c complaint tht unit is not simmering down the element and bake gets too long to preheat foudn no issues with door clsoing and when teting the internal temp when reaching 350 within 10-13 mins was at 356 and also repalved the switch being not cycling from high to low will stay high reokalced tested all functions working.
