came out and replace all parts on unit . tested unit is now running as designed .

"cx complaint unit making grinding noise , checked unit and found when basket moves at all grinding happens. found heavy amount of oil coming from gearcase . ordering all parts for repair to gearcase found spanner nut will need to be cut off gearcase to be able to uninstall due to it being friction welded onto gearcase . ordering all parts for proper repair .; ordrng 1 W11393685 (gearcase) and 1 W10915700 (stator) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10915701 (rotor) and 1 W10909670 (nut) and 1 W11550891 (agitator)"

"cx complaint of unit not making ice. Cx assumed was moisture issues as last visit. Checked unit and verified ice door is closing properly as no frost is built up under ice bin. Ice bin is almost empty. No water in ice maker mold. Ice maker error code e-5 present. Ran ice maker fill and ice maker did fill. Operated fans, evap and ice box fan are both not working at all. Rc compartment temp varies from 52 to 45 throughout. Unit needs both fans, ice maker and control.; ordrng 1 W11579560 (ice maker) and 1 W11578030 (evap fan) and 1 W10846539 (ice box fan) and 1 W11224256 (control)"

"cx complaint of unit shuts down after a load or two and cannot power back on for about 20-30 mins and unit boots itself back up. checked unit and found the following code .f3-e6 during testing found outlet thermistor out of range, element coils evidence of overheating, resitance too high. also control itself is having issues. unit needs control, thermal fuse, moisture sensor, element and outlet thermistor.; ordrng 1 WPW10214009 (cntrl-elec) and 1 WPW10298258 (harns-wire) and 2 WP3387223 (electrode)s and 1 WP8577274 (thermistor) and 1 WP3392519 (thermal fuse) and 1 WP3387747 (element)"
