Cx complaint is unit not making ice. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the IM to be defective. Replaced the ice maker from pre id and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

Cx complaint is she has to push the lid down to get it to keep spinning. Found the lid was bowed in the middle and it was affecting the way the door switch was pushed in. Pushed lid back to the way it should be and unit is now working as designed. Quoted cx for lid to properly fic issue and cx declined repair. Cx paid 120.00 by Check. Job is complete.
