"unit was building up frost causing the fan to hit ice.. IM is working .. Found the slides sticky, not allowing door to always close .. ordering the slides, also ordering the fc fan in case the ice binding motor caused damage.. apply the silicone to liner / cabinet seam in spots needed.. heat gasket to ensure it seals against cabinet good.. also raise the unit up slightly to assist the fc door closing..; ordrng 1 W11668671 (fc door slides) and 1 W11578030 (fc fan) and 2 W10841140 (silicone)s"

"CX Concern the unit not making ice, when it was it wasnt dispensing cubed/ crush correctly.. also a crack in liner .. IM cant find home position and the bin isnt engaging the auger motor correctly . needs new IM, IM BIN , auger, coupler and liner repair kit; ordrng 1 W11284458 (IM) and 1 482395 (liner repair) and 1 8201700 (liner repair) and 1 WPW10558423 (ice bin) and 1 w11671282 (auger motor) and 1 wpw10169511 (coupler)"
