Per prior diagnosis, replaced ice maker. tested ice maker and it passed. fills for 6 seconds, pauses for 3, and fills for another 6 seconds. ice tray twists in test mode as it should and arm moves freely and fully as it should. cx complaint unit is building frost in the FC. inspected unit and found gap in the door gasket on the bottom right corner. removed door and inspected sliders and was informed fast appliance replaced the sliders a couple months ago. i reassembled unit and found gap still was there. removed everything once again and inspected everything and did not see anything out of place. used heat gun to heat gasket up and found the gap was less then before. but the door is still closing more on the right side then the left. i advised cx to wait and see if my fix is enough to fix it or not. if cx calls back in due to issue still is presant then i recomment sending a senior tech out. for now unit checks good.

"cx complaint is the unit leaking from under unit. cx found water line dripping and put a pan under it. he said drip started as soon as unit was installed and the installers tested the dispensor. water was then shut off to the unit. confirmed complaint pan had a small amount of water in it when i arrived. i pulled the water lines out from each side of the fitting. the lines are not damaged, no burrs. pushed water lines back into fitting and they went in further than they had been. tested dispsnsor and IM and nothing leaked. 1 of the red plastic clips that lock the fitting broke when i was reinstalling it. it will need to be replaced. ordering fitting and ring because i wasnt sure which part was needed. schedule when available.; ordrng 1 WP2300868 (fitting) and 1 2006841 (ring-e)"

cx complaint cosmetic damage as a result of functional failure. cx states that the handle is constantly loosening and requires being tightend on as much as a weekly basis. found that the threads in the set screws are comprimised and do not hold a tight grip on the handle. as a result the handle has slipped off of the mounting screws and scratched the black stainless finish of the FC door. cx is very unhappy about this and would a new door as well as the handle mounting screws repaired to prevent this occuring again in the future.; ordrng 1 W11450223 (handle (black stainless)) and 1 WP4373559 (coupler) and 1 W11566703 (Fc door (black stainless)) and 2 W11366418 (set screw)s

"cx compalint unit not cooling still after previous repair under sr7733954093. cx stated she checked the unit about an hour or two after repair and found no leds on in the rc and no fans running in rc, which is still the case today. found also that the FC does have light and fan function. immediately contacted techline as the replacement of the orion and evap cover were at the urging of techline. per the rep today at techline the unit will in fact require the compressor and orion service as well as the evap cover once more as the pins are suspected to be reversed at the rc liner. 4 count ss tech only.; ordrng 1 W11395558 (evap cover) and 1 W10865728 (condenser) and 1 W11109499 (drier) and 1 W11592010 (compressor) and 1 W11099736 (suction tube) and 1 W10735062 (process tube)"

"cx complaint is the unit not running cycles, only running the drain pump. when i arrived unit was unplugged, once plugged in the drain pump started running. i held start unitl it stopped and checked for error codes. found none saved. ran service cycle. unit completed it with no issues. i blew through the pressure hose, it did not seem clogged. the anit kink device inside the hose was pressed up against the sensor on the board. i pushed it back a little. calibrated unit and ran another service cycle. good flow form hot and cold valves. unit is working as designed."

Cx complaint front burners take awhile to light. Was able to access unit and found back burners to ignite instantly. Found front burners to spark but take some time to ignite but once it does the flames are good. Checked ignitors and made sure the correct orrifices were in.
