Cx complaint no issues with first cycle after last visit but on the second cycle they noticed water coming from the corners and the padding under the door felt wet. Was able to access unit and removed outer panel. Ran unit to replciate the issue but unit didnt leak until outer door was on. Found that due to the way the cabinet is it was putting pressure on the door causing it to not close properly. Unit is trimmed in and cx attempted to remove trim but unable to. Cx will need to have cabinet fixed and then raise the legs to help. Unit operating as designed no further work needed

Cx complaint after last repair on 7/18/22 the unit hasnt made since. Was ablle to access unit and found it running with the water going over evap tray. Found compressor to turn on and run about 20 seconds then shut off. Used amp clamp and found when compressor starts its pulling 15Amps then goes to 5.6-5.7 Amps before shutting down again and suction line gets cold. Ohmed compressor to find from top to bottom right 4.4 Ohms top to bottom left 10.2 Ohms and 14.4 Ohms from left to right .Contacted techline and spoke to Drew SR#7734131525 signs pointing to a restriction in the system. "Cs unit is not cooling or making ice, I found the evap frozen over. Defrostred evap, Fan turns on, good frost pattern, Thermistor reading 11.5kohms in a block of ice. I manually turned defrost heater on and it turns on and heats good. All connectors seem to be making contact. Control board must not be turning defrost heater on when its supposed to. Ordering control. Icemaker test passed , icemaker cycles and fills with water, temps are not cold enough. Cx complaint no cooling in RC section. Inspected freezer and found condensation build up along the top and the air ducts were clogged with ice. Drain pan was cleared with no ice forming. Defrosted ducts and air began to flow into RC. Contacted TL and spoke with Adrian and found over an 1/8in gap at the liner on bottom right corner of RC. Stated air is flowing in and going into ducts creating the ice build up. Sent photo to TL of gap and deeming unrepairable. WP will contact cx in 2-3 business days to discuss next steps

came out to resolve the issue with the freezer not cooling. checked the unit and found that the unit has signs of a leak. replaced the evaporator and filter drier. tested the unit. unit showing signs of a leak still. added nitrogen to the system and found that the leak was in the cavity. unit is unrepairable due to the location of the leak. called techline and they agreed. advsied cx unit is under review and manufacturer will be contacting them shortly. cx agreed.

And a lot of the vents were blocked. I alos notice the door is starting to war slightly.
