I found the unti to be opperating a sdesignecd. I then recalibrated the unti and then ran a high speed spin in test 3. I found the unit nto have a bent driveshaft. I am ordering 1 grearcase(W11454741), and will use splutch on return visit. Suspention rods to be used if needed after replacement of the gearcase. Return visit will need to be 2 call counted due to the itme it takes to replacea gearcase. cx complaint is the same as last time. unit making a grinding noise. started unit and it started making the noise within seconds. i pushed and pulled on the exhaust vent to see if it was putting pressure on anything and it didnt seem to make a difference in the noise. removed front of unit and found noise changed if i pushed on blower housing or the duct from housing to exhaust vent. i loosened everything then tightened it up snuggly. tested unit again and noise did not return. i let unit run for 10min+ and it remained quiet. cx was in a metting and did not want to be disturbed and did not want me going upstairs so i could not get recipet signed. left TY card on the unit.

Control not wanting to enter defrost and found restriction in filter dryer. Removed and replaced control and thermistor, recovered refrigerant, removed and replaced dryer, pulled 30hg of vac and no leaks found during leak down. Charged with 4.8 oz of 134a, low side 1 psi and amp draw 1.08. Unit is working as designed, advised cx to monitor unit next 48 hours."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not heating and the under light constantly stays on. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit is heating as designed. I first put a damp paper towel in for 30 seconds and it heated fine. I did the paper towel a second time for 30 seconds again, it worked perfect. I then put in a cup of water in a coffee mug and it heated again. The unit is working as designed. The cx does not want to fix the under light issue. I collected the service call by CC."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher Door will not close. I then took the Striker off of the Tub. Put striker into the Latch. Striker locked into the Latch. Checked the Door Hinges to the unit. Found Hinges are going past the 90 Degree mark. Unit will need the Door Hinges. Left Door Hinge = WP8534854 & Right Door Hinge = WP8534853.
