"upon arrival unit had drained about half way following previous cycled. found standing water in the tub and ran 'cancel/drain' cycle. unit drained fully within the drain cycle. filled unit again under normal cycle and drained after sump had been activated. again, unit drained completely within the alotted time. did find while unit drained that the garbage disposal would fill to the threshold with water, tho the unit did completely drain. filled and drained unit several times and during evey time the unit fully drained within the 3 minute drain cycle. again, contacted techline. bewteen running unit into a 5 gallon bucket and then back to the grabage disposal found that garbage disposal is not rapdily enough draining the water and resulting in the drain hose being completely submerged."

"cx complaint is the unit displaying F8E4. when i arrived that error was displays and drain pump was running. inspected drip pan and found a very small amount of water in the drip tray. unit has the original heater in it, it needs to be replaced per service pointer. i checked for codes and found F8E4, FAE2. clear code, ran service cycle. nothing leaked. started normal cycle, nothing leaked. door gasket is worn, may be leaking randomly depending on how/what is in unit. i replaced heater and door gasket. when reinstalling supply line i found it is dripping from the crimped fitting behind the metal 90 going to valve. took pic and showed cx. he is going to replace the supply line. i tested the unit. new heater does not leak. unit is working as designed. cx paid in full for repair."

tested unit prior to parts install to confirm diag. checked and found open line at j13-1 and j13-2 harness. installed service pointer W11378591A noise reduction kit. during install found red/yel wire at harness to be unplugged from moisture bar. replaced control and moisture vent assembly and tested unit. unit now checks good. tested several fuctions and found no errors with ui.
