cx comlaint unit not cooling well. when i got here today all gaskets sealing good. took temps and found 38 in fridge and 4 in freezer. unit is cooling good now. replaced door gasket as cx was in a hurry to take kid to school so no possible way i could change compressor in that time. got gasket on and sealed it just in time for them to leave. informed cx the compressor is most likely not needed with how well its cooling now. she understood and i informed her if anything happens to let us know otherwise the unit is good to go. cx has an extra compressor and drier from whirlpool so if she calls back we can just schedule to go back out with no parts and put the ones she has in.

cx complaint unit not heating properly. arrived to find unit unhooked. cx hooked unit up. confirmed 243vac incoming. oven never preheated. preheated oven until i saw the initial smoke from elements heating. turned off oven not to smoke up cx home. advised cx to heat oven with windows open to 350-450 degrees for 20-30 minutes to allow smoke to clear from the first start of unit. unit working as designed cx unhappy with unit and states if whirlpool will exchange they will pay difference for a better unit. advised cx to call customer care. called techline spoke to Chris advised to call cx service 18002531301
