Cx complaint is that the unit is making noise when runniong and some times trips the breaker when finsihing the spin cycle. Upon arrival I found that the cx was using the washer and it was in the rinse cycle. I let the cycle finsih and found that it finished the cycle without error. I then found no error codes. I tested the units amp draw using a killawatt meter. I ran the drain and spin cycle and found that the amperage never went above 7.3 amps. I informed the cx that the amperage didn't spike and is around normal range. I found that the noise is normal noise from the splutch assembly. I inspected the splutch and found no abnormal wear . I advised the cx to have an electrician check the breaker. Job complete

Cx complaint they changed the console and it worked for 2 months and then started acting up.With powering on and off randomly but then started working again. Saturday 10/15/22 unit has been working since. Contacted techline. Potenital board or harness issue but with the unit working at time of visit cant properly diagnose and would need to have unit in failed state. Collected for service at this time no further work needed

"cx complaint unit is not draining. inspected unit and found unit had standing water inside. entered diag and found f6e4, f8e2, f7e1. pushed cancel button to see if unit would drain and found no sound from drain pump. vaccummed unit out and found drain pump was very hot to the touch. tested drain pump and found 3.5ohms. replaced drain pump and tested unit. unit now checks good."

cx complaint is unit is back to not draining again. only code found F9E1. cleared code and started a cycle. drain pump came on and then unit filled. drain hose is on a air trap as well. unit did not drain. pulled unit and tried to drain and slight vibration from pump. pulled pump and cleaned and cleared line and replaced pump and unit drains well now. cleared codes and ran unit again. unit checks. job complete.
