Inspected the unit. Found that the cx has two complaints on the unit. Cx is saying when Dispensing Water it only Dispense for 2 seconds then stop / Water was leaking behind the unit. Found that the Hinge Cover is broken. Per Whirlpool to replace the Hinge Cover & Door Reed. Called Whirlpool. Per Whirlpool Techline this isn't a Seal System issue. Checked the Refrigerator Temperatures. Refrigerator is reading 37.5 Degrees. Freezer is reading 1.1 Degrees. Per whirlpool this issue about the pipes freezing in the rear of the unit can be caused by a Defrost issue or high moisture in the cx house. I was told to put Perma Gum on the 5/16 line to the Compressor line at the cabinet. ( Was instructed to take it off of the Coupler on the Compressor.) If the cx calls back order the Hinge = W11199487 & Door Switch = W11221357. If the cx calls back order these parts.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not reaching temp but flashing a 'F3' error code. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I preheated the unit to 350 degrees, about 2 min later the 'F3' code flashed and it constantly beeped. I checked the ohms reading for the sensor and it was good (1.22K ohms). I replaced the sensor because the connector was a little more loose than normal. I preheated again, same thing. I checked the harness to the control and found the wire being pinched against the frame. I repaired the wire and tested the unit twice for the cx. It preheated to 350 degrees, then 400 degrees as well. The unit is now working as designed."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not drying at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit tumbles and heats fine, but has very poor airflow. I removed the duct line from the unit and the airflow was great. I reconnected the duct line and checked the exterior exit of the line and there was no air coming out at all. The house needs the duct line cleared for optimal drying. The unit is working as designed the home's duct line being clogged is the issue."
