CX complaint is fridge leaking. Upon arrival CX stated to me that his water line that goes from wall to fridge was leaking so he removed it. There is significant floor damage caused by this. CX pointed out a bunch of white specks on floor. Looked inside back and found mouse feeces everywhere. Opened doors to unit and there is either food or some foreign matter all inside the liner of both sections and the unit is completely filthy as well as the entirety of this home. Spoke to CE and showed her pics. As I was standing there I was getting bit by something all over my arms and neck. CX needs to have home exterminated and cleaned. He has a major mouse and bug issue. Not ordering any parts. CE to submit to warranty CO. Job is complete

Inspected unit and found it was not powering on figure it out that one of the wires on the harness was corroded from the wash motor disconnecting from the sump and getting water on the harness. Reconnected the wash motor and cleaned off harness, tested unit, and it worked with no leaks explain to customer to fix this. The correct way we need to change the sump and the wiring harness. Cx complaint is that the unit frosts up. Upon arrival I found that the cx had defrosted the unit a few days ago. I removed the evap and found a normal frost pattern and the thermistor was not in the proper location. I tested the thermistor at the P8 connector and found that it was reading. OL. I then remove the connector at the thermistor and found it to be reading OL there as well. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I was able to replace the fan and thermisotrs with the pre ID'd one. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"upon arrival checked pressures and confirmed nearly same pressures as previous tech noted on 10/6/2022. with 15 days in between pressure checks and pressure staying the same, leak at evap seemed unlikely. checked and found 22 inches of vacuum on the low side (slightly icnreased pressure from previous tech reports) and 55 psi high side. with pressures more indicative of a restriction, evacuated what appeared to be a full charge of r600a. removed the filter drier and confirmed a 100% restriction at the capilary tube to the drier. replaced drier with VS and pulled unit into vacuum. vacuum held with no leaks. charged with 1.98oz of r600a and tested. unit developed full frost pattern on fc evap and now checks good. documented claim on servicematters; used 1 W11109499 (drier) from stock"
