Customer complaint unit is not making ice. I tested the unit and found the unit is not making and low water pressure. I removed the filter and pressure improved to the door but the ice is not getting water and vavle is not starting. I pulled unit out and found the valve was not turning on but is reading ohms. I clipped it back up and the unit is now getting water. Perhaps loose connection at the vavle. But the icemaker is filling everytime now. "Cx complaint is, Heating Element - SP W11540964 - Special Project S17304 - PRE-ID Heater Bushing W11537778. Removed unit from under the counter top and removed lower rack and spray arm. Removed 2 plastic fasteners and original heater element. Installed new heater element and plastic fasteners, put lower rack and spray arm in. Tested unit for leaks , no leaks found. Unit is working properly."

Cx complaint unit makes loud squeak noise. After my last visit I diagnosed unit needed all moving parts updated. Removed tub from unit and replaced all wheels and tensioner pulley. Vacuumed all dust lint and hair from unit. Reinstalled tub and tested unit. Unit is now nice and quiet and working as intended. Job complete

"took unit apart found where defrost heater plugs into cabinet its loose and it wot stay tight. checked new heater and the clip on connector looks alo better and should lock. replaced evap asssem with heater new plug plugs in good and tight, then replaced damper plugged unit back in and started cooling but panel on front door didnt come on till i held the top button down for 3 seconds and now panel works. unit is good"

"Cx complaint that the unit's oven is not heating properly. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cooktop works fine, the bake and broil functions both ignited as well. However when running bake and broil they randomly turned off after about 1 min of ignition. I checked the bake and broil harness, there was no damage and they have good continuity. I replaced the spark module and tested the unit for the cx. I preheated the unit to 350 degrees, it successfully reached the temp. Broiled worked fine as well. The unit is working as designed."
