cx complaint unit still not holding temps. cx will cancel and restart cycle and see that its 25-30* lower than set temp and takes several minutes to finish preheating again. inspected unit and verified complaint. still has f3e3 error stored. called techline to see if meat probe shorting could cause unit to lose temp and he said it shouldnt cause this issue. techline did say that if cx cancels and restarts cycle it will always start 20-30* lower than set temp. TL recommended getting avg temp. put thermocouple foiled to center rack. unit finished preheating in 13min and held an avg temp of 356. advised cx unit is operating as designed and she may need to try different rack positions and bakeware materials for better browning. sr#7735099034

"complaint is the same as back in 2020. screen fogs up when upper oven is used and unit displays F2E1. checked for codes and found F2E1, F6E9, F6E6. cleared codes. gasket looks fine and seem to be making contact with the door. i called techline as this is a repeat issue. they advised covering dishes or putting them in a oven bag to contain steam. they had me check continuity of UI harness to ACU. no issues with harness. "installed control and began to wait 3 minutes after powering unit on, however unit continued to provoke f6e1. stil completed the 3 minutes with the error code remaining displayed. cycled power off and installed ui. cycled power 5 times and again wait 3 minutes on final attempt. unit did not activate following ui install. reinstalled old acu and attempted new ui and again unit would not power on at ui. contacted TL. ohmed motor and found 4.6ohms at motor@J2 connector. foudn 19.9ohms@j2 for drain pump. checked latched and found closed at 74.4ohms. techline instructed to reinstalled all old parts and return the parts as defective. when orderimng parts moving forward parts must be ordered as 'defective parts cx complaint', verbatim. sr7735093946; ordrng 1 W11478523 (fascia) and 1 W11556727 (control)"

I came to install the ordered parts. I removed the burner head screws and they broke off on two of the 3 burner head (one screw is still there holder the orifices in place). F5E1 Lid switch fault F2E1 Ui stuck key CX complaint unit will sometimes and cycle and leave clothes wet. Arrived to unit and inspected and found that customer just moved in the house with this unit. Put unit into diagnostic mode and check for Error codes. Found two error codes above. Cleared error codes and ran diagnostic cycle. Found unit completed cycle with no issues during cycle. The agitation process was very weak. Checked for error codes after cycle and had none. Lifted unit and inspected clutch clutch needs to be replaced due to ware. Found no oil from gearcase. Ordering lid latch as well. Quoted customer for repair. Customer paid 120.00 service call. "CX Complaint: Filter Door BrokeInspected Unit, confirmed Broken Filter Cover photo in quick pics. attempted to inspect filter head, when removing filter, filterhead ruptured and sprayed water through the kitchen. Got CX to turn off water main while i attempted to control the water. Shutoff valve behind unit failed to turn off water. After main turned off, i reseated filter, turned main on and tested for leaks. no leaks present, CX turned off water main and left off while he left for work, advised cx to get plummer. i cleaned up water in area with shopvac and 1 towel. Customer complaint is a unit's not making ice. Inspected unit found very little ice made in the ice bin. I put unit into test mode and check test 58. Test shows 01. For heater off and ice maker thermistor colder than harvest temperature. Which indicates that ice maker is within harvest temperature. I then checked test 56 for error codes and had E5 error code. Indicating ice maker thermistor bad and mold and cooling state for too long. I ran test 57 for harvest. Ice maker harvested and kicked out ice cubes. I ran test 45. Ice maker filled with water. I then ran test 36 ice maker fantastic. Ice make your fan activated and was blowing cold air out of the ice maker compartment. I believe unit has control issue and will need main control replaced.
