I came to install the ordered parts. I removed the burner head screws and they broke off on two of the 3 burner head (one screw is still there holder the orifices in place). The remaining 3 burner heads and orifice holders will need to be replaced. The cx does not want to go through with the repair. A refund will need to be issued. "Customers complaint is a unit that maintaining temperatures. Inspected unit and found no error codes present at this time. Inspected temperature probe and found temperature probe is reading 1,080 ohms. I then cycled bake element in normal operation for bake and notice that the double line bakery relay with energize and de-energize while trying to warm up back to 350. This indicates that the relay was making contact and then not making contact I believe the issue was with the control. I quoted customer for replacing the control. Customer okay to repairs and paid and full with credit card. I then replace the control and tested unit. Units now working properly."

Cx complaint the unit doesn't meet temp. Entered into diag and found no error codes. Cx stated the unit displayed the temp of 167 degrees and shut off. Set both upper and lower ovens to 350 degrees and both reached temps without shutting off. Used temp probe on multi-meter to verify temps. Convection bake also worked. Upon arrival I verified compressor high amp draw and then shutting off within 10 seconds. Replaced compressor per prior diagnosis. Pressure tested with 140psi of nitrogen and found no leaks. Vac'd down to 30in for 15mins. Vac held after line closed. Filled with 68g of R6000. Informed CX 24-36hr for unit to get to proper temps. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete

Customer complaint is a unit's not making ice. Inspected unit found very little ice made in the ice bin. I put unit into test mode and check test 58. Test shows 01. For heater off and ice maker thermistor colder than harvest temperature. Which indicates that ice maker is within harvest temperature. I then checked test 56 for error codes and had E5 error code. Indicating ice maker thermistor bad and mold and cooling state for too long. I ran test 57 for harvest. Ice maker harvested and kicked out ice cubes. I ran test 45. Ice maker filled with water. I then ran test 36 ice maker fantastic. Ice make your fan activated and was blowing cold air out of the ice maker compartment. I believe unit has control issue and will need main control replaced. Ordering main control and ice maker for return visit. Ice maker show special order. Scheduled customer 10 days out.; ordrng 1 W11224256 (Control) and 1 W11579560 (Ice maker)

"CX complaint: no ice and no light. Tested and verified complaint. No lights on at all. I found we are only getting 1.5 volts to LED control. Also, IM had no error codes. It does harvest and fill. IB was at 20 degrees. IB fan running well but did not come on until i shut off unit at breaker and back on. Hinge cover screw is stripped and not holding cover. "cx complaint thick layer of ice building under ice bin. upon arrival unit not demonstrating issue because the cx already thawed all ice. explained to cx that in many cases it can be neccessary that we see the issue during service. ran following tests: test 31-16, test 16-22, test 97- valve opened and sent water as normal (into a cup), ran test 120 and icemaker harvested, but did not return to home position. attempted harvest again and now icemaker will not harvest at all (idles at step 01). cx reports unit only produces aout one tray of ice per day. temps in door icemaker area are higher than optimal however the fc temps show exactly 0.0 degrees. suspected failed icemaker, thermsitor not requesting cooling and unti not resetting to home position. unit will need icemaker."

Customer complaint is a unit is turning off after it starts and shows door open. Inspected unit customer stated that they just replace the door switch not that long ago and then the unit would work for a couple days. Customer would start the cycle and then a minute or two later the unit would shut off and display door open. I inspected you didn't remove control board I found burnt capacitor on back of the control board. And I looked up control board on tribbles and found it was no longer available due to the age of the unit. I explained this to the customer customer understands and paid for service call with credit card. Job complete.
