"Upon arrival i started removing the back cover and found both lokrings soaked in oil. Sprayed mega bubbles and confirmed the leak. I cut out the lokrings and brazed cooper inline. I filled unit with nitrogen and it held the nitrogen, vaccumed unit down and held vacuum too. Filled 64g r600 and checked my pressures and frost pattern. Pressures and frost pattern are looking good advised allow 24hrs for unit to cool."

Found unit to have tub full of water on arrival, pressed cancel cycle button to drain water and all water drained out of unit. Ran unit through diagnostic test and unit went through test with no issues. CX has drain hose going into smaller solid piping and this is causing drain water to back up and not drain fast enough. cx will need to have alternate drain setup for unit to work properly. also notified cx that supply waire has gouges in sheathing but is also missing romex connector to keep it from rubbing on sharp metal when entering unit connection. cx will need these issues address for safety reasons. Unit itself is working as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL ADDED"

cx complaint unit is clicking on and off every 5mins. inspected unit and found bake and broil do ignite. I preheated unit to 350 degrees and found unit got to temp and shut flame off. I then found about 5 mins unit did turn flame back on and got back to 350 degrees. i found clicking cx is hearing is the flame reigniting once asking for more heat to maintain temp. cx is used to a electric range and not gas. unit is working as design.

"cx complaint ice was melting and turning into a slushie in container and now not making ice at all. inspected unit and verified complaint. water in icemaker mold upon arrival. test56 E1 no cooling. cx said he did some troubleshooting and he swear he saw E2 for motor lost position. test58 warmer than harvest temp. test 57 completed harvesting. temps are good in both sections. ice box fan not running. noticed condensation on rc gaskets at top of flaps. found frost on left side of fz door and condensation along bottom and top. no gaps in any doors and mullion is heating. cleared frost and fluffed all gasket with heatgun to see if that helps. all other tests pass. ordering icebox fan, icemaker, control and ice box duct gaskets. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W10846539 (icebox fan) and 1 WPW10320706 (ice box duct gasket) and 1 WPW10280988 (ice box duct gasket) and 1 W10843055 (control) and 1 W11658802 (icemaker)"

Found water valve turns on but barely any water coming from unit, ice in bin but only like 10 cubes. Removed filter and still same outcome. Could not find any valve down stairs and speaking with customer its only behind the unit. Unit was just installed last Tuesday and Cx will call company to remove unit and make sure valve is turned on and water line is not kinked. Cx also stated there is damage in unit. Found paint missing from 3 places on unit. Called Tech-Line SR. Sent photos to Techline and they have stated un-repairable. Due to corner of unit being scared.
