Cx complaint is that the unit is not getting the dishes dry and the dishwasher has water all over it. upon arrival I found that the unit has no error codes. I then ran the diag test and found that it is functioning properly and heating. I found that the cx is not using rinse aid and not runnin g the faucet before starting. I ran the faucet and showed the cx that it took about 2 minutes and several gallons of water before it started getting hot. I found that the unit is functioning as intended. I advised the cx on the use of rinse aid and priming the water lines for the cycles. Job complete.

CX complaint is unit drops one sheet then stops. Replaced sensor and recirc pump just to make sure they werent the issue. Ran cycle and ice sheet was formed and gas valve released sheet and it dropped on grid and thats it. It seemed that the heater grid was barely working but even with t hat the resevoir filled up with water and just sat there and never recirculated water back to evap plate for 2nd batch. Waited 15 minutes and nothing. Had to restart the unit in order for it to move forward.

"arrived ran unit to hear noise and found noise is a vibrating noise when i hold condenser and compressor runnning in test 5 noise goes away. i adjusted condenser and used insulation from v/s on condenser line and now sounds good in test mode on high and low speed cant tell if meduim speed is good test mode doesnt run that. i put unit backtogether and pushed back in place and waited for unit to come and sounds good at first i opened fridge door and noise returned. pulled unit out again and removed rear pane and noitced the cardboard under condenser is pushed up flapping causing the noise so adjusted and noise went right away. went back into test 5 and compressor at full ramp even sounds better. cx agrees unit sounds good now. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 w11553819 (insulation SD V/S), used 1 w11553819 (insulation SD V/S) from stock"

cx complaint unit is displaying a f9 error code. Inspected unit and found standing water inside unit. I found unit to have a F9e1 in diag. I pressed cancel and found drain pump did come on. I looked under sink and found clog in drain hose. looked to be grease. i removed hose from drain and was able to clear clog. i tested units draining 3 times after that and found unit drained everytime. unit now checks good.
