Customer compliant unit is leaking. I tested the unit and i could not see the the unit leaking as the custoemr described. But i can see wet under the load and go bin. ANd water marks coming down the dispen ser and gasket but the gaket is full of dog or cat hair. I clear the cood and gasket and i could not ge the unit to leak. The display is not displaying correctly. The unit is displayhing 7:29 for quick cycle. And the numbers are all mess up can even read the time. ORdering dispenser and UI. Cx complaint is that the unit is not igniting consistently. Upon arrival I found that the RF burner is not always igniting properly. I removed the burner cap and found small amounts of corrosion and residue on the cap I cleaned it off and found that the burner ignited better. I also cleaned the flame spreader. I was able to get the burner to ignite more consistently. However it still took several seconds of a couple of the attempts. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid the service fee and will decide on the repair at a later time.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is making a Squeaking noise. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F2E1 = Stuck key. Checked all keys by running key activation. All key went out. Cleared error codes. Ran Service Test 51 on the unit. Hot Valve is making a screeching noise while unit is feeling. Unit will need the Hot and Cold Water Valves = W11165546. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back order the Water Valves. Don't go without parts.

Cx complaint that the unit has long dry times. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes. I ran the unit and it tumbles and has heat. However the airflow is pretty low. I removed the duct line and the airflow was fine. The homes duct line needs to be cleared and reducing the duct length from the unit to the wall will help as well. The unit is working as designed.
