Check temperatures and found 4° in FC and 28° in RC inspected control and found customer had it on a colder setting than recommended. CX compliant was thatb the unit is not heating correctly. I was able to test sensor probe at tghe control and found it to be a200 OHMS's . I inspected the broil and bake elements and found good continuity. I set the bake to 350 and took temp readings with a thermacoupling. I found the unti to reach temps in less then 10 min. I did calibrated the unti up 20 degrees based on my temp readings. Unit test good.

CX stated that warranty company said to use hair dryer, unfortunately no way to get hair dryer into unit to defrost with door frozen closed. Did verify drain is working for defrost. Called techline talked to Scott said that have to leave off for longer or break door off but as far as breaking door off would need to come from AIG to authorize and to have door here already when door is broken off.
