Cx complaint unit doesn't work properly inspected unit found the unit runs properly however cx states time will count down but not be doing anything ran several times to reproduce ran for 10 mins still unable to duplicate did notice unit pushed far back against the back wall which could be triggering the thermistor also ordering control and sensor harness as needed. Cx states seems to run a cycle or 2 without issue but when running a 3rd seems to be when it does the issue. The issue was the unit continued to leak. I confirmed the issue and I seen that the water was leaking from the ice Maker. After removing the back cover to reveal the valve in the side. The refrigerator I seen that the water was getting pushed directly from the water valve. I removed all power sources and the water continued to come directly from the water valve. cx says the unit ran once and dried everything good but the second time they used it the display would not illumninate. found the unit is getting 120vac to the main control but the ui is not activating. when i touche3d the harness the unit illuminated the display. put the unit into diagnostics and the unit has a f10e2(vent) error code in memory. tightened the connections down and ran the diagnostic. the unit is filling washing and draining good. no error codes after. ran the diagnostic a second time and still no error codes. cx does not wish to replace parts at this time; saved tckt
