"Cx complaint is unit not washing dishes properly. inspected and verified complaint. upon inspection cx stated he tried to fix the issue himself. unit was sticking out of the counter, the drain line was caught between the frame of the unit and the cabinet. the water line was completely disconnected from the unit and from under the sink. the drain line was uninstalled and when the cx reinstalled it put it on the outside of the unit frame which is how it became kinked when he tried to push it back in. behind the unit is an exposed junction box where the cx has the power line for the dishwasher spliced into the garbage disposal. the garbage disposal has signs of rusting and when testing draining had no water passing into it despite having a punchout. called WPTL SR#7735144124 cont in sticky; ordrng 1 look (look)"

cx complaint of unit not drying dishes checked unit no error codes present ran test cycle had error sode f6e2 inlet water(fill valve electrical problem) called techline spoke with bruce was advised everything is checking good and to turn up rinse aid dispenser setting from 2 to 4 and if issue still persists to have customer start cycle before techs arrival so tech can check heating element durnig normal cycle and temp of water as of now unit is working as designed
